HU Hydraulic Unit


HU High Lock Unit is a hydraulic unit that is a combination of the SR pump (air-driven hydraulic pump), the air pilot type hydraulic switch valve (non-leak type), directional control valve, pressure switch and also an optional circuit, and a spare circuit mounted on the manifold. So this unit has a flexible design but compact, so useful for any application.

HMS Power Units are compact hydraulic units that generate high-pressure oil by the use of SR pump (pneumatic-driven hydraulic pump).

  • Incorporated with the non-leak type VF valve units, HMS POER UNITS serve best as a hydraulic source for the clamp system or die-lifter.

SR Pump / SR040/063/100 are air-over-hydraulic pumps operated with compressed air. The pump’s discharge pressure Is controlled by operating alr pressure. Oil flow rate increases at the low hydraulic pressure and decreases at the high hydraulic pressure. When air pressure is balanced with hydraulic pressure. the pump stops automatically and will start automatically when hydraulic pressure decreases. The pump, then, operates continuously until air pressure reaches equilibrium with hydraulic pressure.

APCO, APCC Hydraulic Switching Valve is a 2-position-3-port change valve that changes an oil flow channel with an air pilot signal.

Hydraulic Die Clamp

LZ Lever Clamp is a hydraulic clamp which tightens through a lever by the power of a single spring return type cylinder. (Maximum Allowable Working Pressure: 24.5MPa)

SZ,SY Straight Clamp is a hydraulic clamp that tightens between a U slot and a T slot by the direct power of a single spring return type cylinder.

LY Lever Clamp is a hydraulic clamp that tightens through a lever by the power of a single spring return type cylinder. (Maximum Allowable Working Pressure: 18.1MPa)

SFZ Center Hole Cylinder can be used by pushing or pulling through the power of a single spring return type single cylinder (single spring return type cylinder).

This is light in weight and compact in size, and, moreover, robust. 

The kind of piping port can be selected as an option.

Swing Clamp

NSY Swing Clamp: Hydraulic clamp most fitted for press line and medium-sized press

A special cam operates in the middle of the stroke of a hydraulic cylinder, and this makes a clamp rod swing. The hydraulic cylinder introduces the structure which restricts the cylinder output in order to reduce the time for unclamped stroke and protect the swing cam.

AS Swing Clamp: An air cylinder acts on an eccentric cam axis, and a strong clamping force is achieved by the amplification mechanism of a cam. Moreover, the type with a built-in spring holds the clamped condition by spring power, even if air pressure is lowered.

HSK Swing Clamp: A clamp rod swings 90 degrees by air pressure, and this makes it suitable for lower die clamp application.

Rotary Clamp

RPY Rotary Clamp: A clamp rod turns 90 degrees, expands, and contracts by air pressure, and this is a hydraulic clamp that tightens die by hydraulic pressure.

RAY Rotary Clamp performs tightening of a die by hydraulic pressure and is a hydraulic clamp whose clamp rod turns 90 degrees from the position of tightening a die by air pressure.

Carrying System

  • This is a metallic die change machine gentle to the metallic die on whose bottom of the die a crack or a dent is not made easily.
  • All needs can be satisfied since there are abundant variations and various options.

BL Die Coro: A hydro-pneumatic power source is unnecessary because of the spring lift system. Most suitable for lighter dies. An existing T slot or U slot can be used for installation.

  • Heavy Duty
The lifter bar of the blackbody is of a finishing steel bar, is strong against offset load or a shock, since it is attached to the outer lace whose surface has been treated specially for the protection of a roller and a bearing, no troubles occur by bearing cracks, and this has excellent durability.
  • Easy Installation

It is OK only to insert in a T slot!

The set of bars can be easily attached by a one-touch stopper, and the level adjustment can be performed from the top of the bar.

  • Free Layout

BL series can be combined freely, and you can select a size (100-mm unit) according to to die size.

  • HL28/50/70 Die Lifter is raised by a hydraulic cylinder. Most suitable for medium or heavy dies.
  • PBL Ball Lifter: A lifter that has combined the air cylinder in the ball transfer for X-Y movement
  • CB50 Roller Bar: Suitable for metallic die change cart.
  • CBC Carrier Bar: Suitable for moving die to lift position. A vertically foldable carrier bar.
  • CBN Carrier Bar: Suitable for moving die to lift position. A horizontally foldable carrier bar.
  • CBD Carrier Bar: Suitable for moving die to lift position. A carrier bar for medium and heavy dies.

Locking Die Cushion System / NCDC

  • The accuracy of locking was raised to match the operation of the servo press.
  • This can comply with various types of diving such as decompression during operation, knockout, die cushion change, etc

Die Change System for Injection Molding Machine

  • The C-type and WL-type clamps are mechanical-type non-touch clamps developed for injection machines.

    • Bypassing current for a few seconds to a magnetized coil, the magnetic pole of the alnico magnet is reversed and die is clamped by the power of a permanent magnet.

  • Metallic Die Clamp / LZD is a die clamp for die casting machine.
    • We have implemented the surface treatment to prevent rust or corrosion.
    • Lubricant invasion preventive measures for movable parts are also done.

  • Air Self Joint / ASJ

When air is supplied to this joint, a spool is extended and touches the other part of the device, and air is supplied.
