Dwyer In-Line Flow Sensor and Paddle Flow Switch

Dwyer Company Headquarters is in Michigan City, Indiana. Dwyer uses advances computer modeling software to simulate real world situations, creating more accurate measurement techniques in our products. Innovative product designs have been recognized by industry experts, including ACHR Dealer Design Awards in the Testing and Monitoring category for 2014 and 2015. Dwyer has invested in state of the art research and development facilities for best in class product testing and verification. Dwyer has a long history of innovation in designing and manufacturing our own measurement sensors that provide superior product performance.

Flow includes Flow Transmitters, Flow Sensors, Flowmeters, Sight Flow Indicators and Water Meters. Mass Flowmeters, Controllers, Flow Indicators and Controllers are ideal for measurement of flow rates. Flow Switches come as paddle, thermal, piezo, and shuttle/piston. Flow Switch Sensors with an electrical contact output at a specific flow rate have different types of switches, which are paddle, thermal, piezo, and shuttle/piston. This category contains Flow Sensors that measure flow rates. The options are In-Line or Turbine. The In-Line turbines are designed to be inserted in a pipeline through compression fitting. The turbine flow sensors are designed for any pump, pressure or gravity feed system.

Paddle flow switches or vane sensors with an electrical contact output are at a specific flow rate. Dwyer flow switches are economical and reliable. Applications include proof of boiler flow, air conditioning, controlling of dampers according to flow, and protecting pumps, motors and other equipment against low or no flow. In-line Flow Sensors are compatible with gases and liquids and contain a velocity pressure output for liquid or gas indication of flow rate. Used by being inserted in the pipeline through a compression fitting. Available is a portable kit that contains a differential pressure gauge which is suited for use as a read-out device.
