Provides Dependable Pressure and Temperature Recordings

Acadiana Oilfield Instruments' dual test circular recorder is perfect for proof testing pressure and temperature recordings using a 12-inch circular chart. The door and the case are sealed by a neoprene gasket that is resistant to oils and most solvents and non-absorbent to fluids. Its die-cast aluminum case wrapped in polyurethane powder paint helps the recorder to withstand its environment. The recorder can be configured to 1, 2, or 3 pens with the availability of spring or battery operated chart drives in a variety of chart speeds.

• When testing with clean water it can be directly connected to a pressure source
• Uses felt tip pens manufactured at Acadiana Oilfield Instruments
• Includes two integral 6-inch pressure gauges each with a separate pulsation damper that is operator–adjustable
• Pressures must be less than 10,000 psi (689 BAR): ¼ inch NPT connectors
• Or greater than 10,000 psi : Aminco 9/16-18 (1/4 inch ODT) using female connectors
• Record lengths for chart drives:

• 15, 30, 60, 96 minutes
• 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 hours
• 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 14, 16, 31, 32 days
• Thermal stainless steel systems are available in several different temperature ranges:

• 0 to +100, 150, 200, 300° F
• (-18 to +38 66, 93, or 149° C)
• Coil-shaped stainless steel element with an operating range of:

• 0-30,000 psi (0 – BAR)
• Static pressure range: 500 – 30,000 psig
• Can be used in conjunction with de boosters and diaphragm sensors
