Compact hydraulic power pack

Compact hydraulic power packs are a type of hydraulic power pack. They are characterised by a highly compact design, since the motor shaft of the electric motor also acts as the pump shaft.

Standard hydraulic power pack

Standard hydraulic power packs from the FXU series are a type of hydraulic power pack. They are characterised by their very flexible design and customer-specific modular adjustment options.

Mounted Valves

A connection block represents the connecting link between the hydraulic power pack and the hydraulic control. The connection blocks described here can be combined with compact hydraulic power packs, such as from the KA, HK and MPN series.

Hydraulic pump

The hydraulic pumps from HAWE Hydraulik are characterised by their compact and robust design. They are suitable for demanding applications up to 700 bar.

 Radial piston pump

Radial piston pumps are a type of hydraulic pump. They consist of valve-controlled pump cylinders that are arranged radially.

Axial piston pump

Axial piston pumps have several pistons that are arranged parallel to the drive shaft. They are available as either variable pumps or constant pumps.

Air-driven hydraulic pump

Air-driven hydraulic power packs are pneumatically driven, reciprocally acting plunger pumps. They operate as pneumatic pressure amplifiers with oscillating movement and automatic stroke reversal control.

Hand pump

Hand pumps are a type of hydraulic pump. They generate a flow rate manually.

Pump elements

Pump elements convey lubricating pressure fluids and at the same time generate a back pressure against the working resistance of a connected actuator.

The range includes directional spool valves, directional seated valves, pressure control valves, flow valves and check valves – either as individual components or combined in valve banks.

Directional spool valves

Directional spool valves are a type of directional valve. They control the direction of movement and the velocity of single and double-acting hydraulic consumers.


Directional seated valves

Directional seated valves are technically leak-proof. Depending on the valve type, actuation is electromagnetic, pressure-actuated, mechanical or manual. The ports are connected and disconnected by attaching or removing a sealing element.


Pressure control valves

Pressure control valves influence the system pressure in a specific, pre-determined manner. This is achieved by altering the throttling cross-sections with the aid of mechanical, electrical or hydraulic movements.


Flow valves

Flow valves influence the flow rate in hydraulic systems.


Check valves

Check valves block the flow rate in one direction while enabling it in the other direction.

Hydraulic cylinders & hydraulic motors


Hydraulic clamping cylinders generate a pressure-controlled clamping force on the piston. Axial piston motors have a constant displacement and generate a fixed speed dependent on the flow rate.

Reducing connectors

Reducing connectors can be used to combine devices.

Pressure switches

Pressure switches open and close an electrical contact at a previously defined pressure. As soon as the pressure is reached, a further work step is started or stopped by an electrical signal.

Pressure filters

Pressure filters protect downstream hydraulic components against soiling. They are installed in the high-pressure line typically after the pump.

Accumulators

Piston type accumulators are a type of hydraulic accumulator. A freely moving piston separates the compressible gas cushion from the hydraulic fluid.

Diaphragm accumulators are a type of hydraulic accumulator. A diaphragm separates the compressible gas cushion from the hydraulic fluid.

Lift column type CTL, CCL

The lift columns are characterised by a balanced coordination of torque stiffness, space requirements and flexibility. Standardised hydraulic components provide the lift column with a high degree of functional reliability and density. All versions are fully functional ex works and are fully tested before delivery. They can therefore be used directly.

Drive for rescue beds

Our drive solutions for rescue beds for lifting and lowering offer a wide range of adjustment options with regard to hose length, cylinder travel speed, cylinder connections and stroke (length depending on tank size). The customer also has the option of adapting the motor controller and the software. 

Floor-lock-system

In the classic systems, the track roller and the jacking cylinder are structurally separate from each other. These systems are preferably used in price-sensitive markets. Compactly integrated into the medical device, these versatile systems make a significant contribution to greater mobility and flexibility. The Rhombus lifting roller system is a highly integrated system which represents a unifying and more versatile solution than the classic systems, in which the roller and the jacking cylinder are structurally separate from each other, in order to be able to meet the growing demands of the markets for even more flexibility, mobility and safety.
